Project Title: Welcome to the Family: A Welcome Packet
Objective: “Welcome to the Family,” is exactly what it sounds like, a welcome packet introducing newly-signed clients to their new security provider, First Response Security. The purpose of the welcome packet is to help the client understand how to get ahold of company representatives, information on their new alarm system, upselling opportunities, and next steps to help improve the onboarding process.
